The Manitoba Fire Code (MFC) and all the related documents can feel overwhelming for the Property Manager.

- Why are we required to keep records of inspection and testing or fire safety equipment and emergency procedures?

- Review how to use the MFC, related documents, and applicable by-laws.
- Discuss the changes to the 2020 MFC (effective January 2024) and discuss their impact on maintenance requirements.
