Customers can access the new service request form by clicking the Service Request button at the top our website, or the service request form URL can be bookmarked in a web browser. We encourage business Owners and Security Managers to share the link with any other members of their team who may need to use the form.
Set An Urgency Level
The form requires contact, location and urgency information. Service request priority options are:
· Critical – Immediate Service Required (2-hour response)
· High – Service Required within 1 Business day
· Medium – Service Required within 2 Business days
· Low – Service Required within 5 Business days

Service Requests are Reviewed Immediately
Once the form information has been submitted by clicking the ‘submit’ button, it will be reviewed by our 24/7 Emergency Centre Monitoring team. Monitoring personnel will schedule according to urgency level and notify service technicians. Our team will also contact customers to confirm scheduling.
